We pride ourselves on being able to offer our customers the best possible service.

Our remote support service is simply a way of us being able to access your computer, with your permission, and be able to resolve a software issue with it via the Internet – great for simple problems where just a few basic settings need changing.

To use this service, you will need to enter the 6 digit pin code our engineer will have given you whilst on the phone in the box below and then click on “Connect To Technician” to begin the support session.

NOTE: This service is sometimes used for warranty repairs, in which case there will be no charge for doing this, but in any other case, there will be a small charge to cover the cost of our technicians time and expertise. Please feel free to ask the support technician for any more details on costs etc.

Why not let us come to you? We have dedicated Technicians available to come out to you, saving you from having to de-ice the car and brave the cold this winter - whatever the weather!

Or why not give us a ring and make use of our state-of-the-art remote support facilities, allowing us to control and repair your computer over the Internet. Great for resolving software issues and virus infections.

Onsite prices are usually only £40 per visit, or remote support sessions start from only £20 per session.
